Overview
Penny Nelson works with the firm’s national lending institutions team and assists with their projects that involve real estate loan matters. Penny contributes her 13 years of experience in the title industry as well as time in-house with a national homebuilder. Over the course of her career she worked her way through multiple title review positions and also held commercial closing roles in two national and local title companies.
