Overview
Stefanie Sommers' practice focuses on real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of real property, leasing, project finance and retail and mixed-use development. She represents real estate developers, individual and commercial property owners in the negotiation and structuring of acquisitions and dispositions involving office, retail, mixed-use and residential real estate developments. Stefanie represents both landlord and tenants in drafting, reviewing and negotiating retail and office leases. Stefanie also represents lenders, individual and corporate borrowers in the financing of retail, office and mixed-use properties.
While in law school, Stefanie interned for the Honorable Michael Bender of the Colorado Supreme Court and the Honorable Leland Anderson of the 1st Judicial District of Colorado.
