Overview
Michael Kaplan represents clients on a variety of real estate and land use matters including zoning, real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions and real estate finance. While in law school, Michael worked at the Duke Community Enterprise Clinic advising local non-profits on tax credit and governance issues. Prior to law school, Michael worked at a land development company in San Francisco, as well as a large management consulting firm.
