Overview
Erik Jensen focuses his practice on business transactions and taxation. He assists both for-profit and non-profit entities in the various stages of planning, forming and operating their businesses. As part of his work, Erik often counsels both businesses and individuals on a variety of federal, state and local tax matters. While in law school and while getting his masters of law in taxation, Erik volunteered his time with non-profit low income tax clinics in Boston and New York. In addition, during law school Erik was a legal extern for the Boston office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he assisted clients in various stages of investigation and litigation of employment discrimination claims.
