Overview
Mark Copertino represents clients with respect to sophisticated real estate matters, including sale, acquisition and development, joint ventures and commercial real estate finance. His practice focuses primarily on real estate finance matters, representing some of the country’s largest institutional lenders on an on-going basis. In connection with those representations, Mark has successfully negotiated and closed numerous large-scale, single-asset financings, as well as multi-property, multi-state portfolio financings. With respect to other real estate work, Mark often represents borrowers in connection with construction, development and permanent financing transactions and clients in connection with purchase, sales and other real estate transactions. Prior to attending law school, Mark worked for several years in lending and finance with Ford Consumer Finance Company.
