Bill E. Kyriagis Elected Shareholder at Otten Johnson

Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC (Otten Johnson) is pleased to announce that Bill E. Kyriagis has been elected a shareholder and director of the firm. Bill is a 2007 graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law. Since earning his J.D., he has practiced with Otten Johnson’s litigation practice group.

While Bill’s practice covers a broad spectrum of commercial litigation, his clients are primarily concentrated in the real estate, development and finance industries. Complimenting Otten Johnson’s strong transactional real estate and land use practices, Bill has developed significant expertise representing clients in complex land and development disputes in a variety of contexts, including entitlement disputes, matters involving lien and title issues, litigation involving special districts, and cases involving Colorado’s Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA). Bill also counsels clients facing condemnation of their properties under eminent domain, particularly in complicated situations involving significant damages.
