    Bio

    Aaron joined Otten Johnson immediately after graduating from Columbia Law School, where he distinguished himself as a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar. As an associate in the real estate group, he has represented property owners and institutional lenders in diverse loan transactions, including portfolio, securitized and mezzanine loans secured by commercial, office, industrial and multifamily residential properties. Aaron has first chair experience on transactions secured by assets valued in excess of $150,000,000. He has also represented local developers in creating commercial and residential common interest communities.

    An inveterate skier, climber and fan of Colorado's Front Range, Aaron maintained his season ski pass to Arapahoe Basin, even while attending law school in New York City.

    Aaron works out of the Vail Valley Office.
