    Bio

    An associate at Otten Johnson, Julie works with the firm's real estate group.  Her practice covers a range of real estate matters with a primary focus on real estate finance, leasing and commercial purchase and sale transactions.

    Julie's finance experience includes representing lenders on a wide variety of commercial real estate construction and permanent loan transactions, including the financing of major shopping centers, office buildings, medical office buildings, multi-family developments and industrial warehouse centers.  With respect to leasing, Julie represents landlords primarily in the commercial office building context.  She also represents developers on the acquisition of vacant land for commercial and residential developments and on the sale of developed residential lots to homebuilders.
