    Bio

    Bob has been a partner (and subsequently shareholder) of Otten Johnson's real estate group since 1986, and has over 25 years of experience in a multitude of the facets entailed in real property practice, including sales and purchases, leasing, mortgage lending (representing both borrowers and lenders), loan workouts, condominium and other planned communities, public and private development agreements, and other aspects of land use and development, especially in the Denver metropolitan area and Colorado mountain resort communities.

    One of the more notable projects to his credit is the Pepsi Center, home of the Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche, for which Bob and Tom Ragonetti served as special counsel to the city and County of Denver for its development, securitized financing, and sale to the current owner, Stan Kroenke.

    Bob has an "AV" rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
