Bio

A shareholder at Otten Johnson, Mark specializes in both real estate and commercial finance. Prior to joining Otten Johnson, Mark was an associate at the Hartford, Connecticut, firm of Pepe & Hazard. Before earning his law degree, Mark worked for several years in lending and finance with Ford Consumer Finance Company.

Mark's practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate finance, representing some of the firm's largest institutional lending clients on an on-going basis. In connection with those representations, Mark has successfully negotiated and closed numerous large, single-asset and multi-state portfolio financing transactions. In addition to commercial finance, Mark represents clients in other sophisticated real estate matters, including sale, acquisition and development, and joint venture transactions.
