    Bio

    Bill is an associate at Otten Johnson.  His practice covers a range of litigation matters, including land use, real estate and contract disputes, as well as bankruptcy and condemnation matters.  He also has significant experience representing commercial landlords in eviction and breach of lease actions.

    Drawn to Colorado for its natural beauty and outdoor activities, Bill attended law school at the University of Colorado where he was an Associate Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review and was a law clerk for the Boulder County District Attorney's office.
