Brad is a shareholder of the firm who practices in the commercial litigation arena. His commitment to Otten Johnson began directly after his graduation from the University of Colorado Law School. Brad has tried a number of matters in the State and Federal Courts, as well as in various arbitration venues.
Although his practice encompasses most areas of commercial litigation, Brad, a former CPA, has developed particular expertise in disputes involving complex business transactions, taxation, and other financially complex matters.
Brad has represented clients in a wide variety of industries including banking, construction, financial services, manufacturing, real estate, service organizations, telecommunications, and transportation. During his tenure at Otten Johnson, Brad has litigated many different kinds of disputes, including:
