Bio

Frank is one of the founders of Otten Johnson, and practices with the firm's real estate group. Frank has represented clients in all phases of real property transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing and development. Frank's undergraduate studies and prior experience have served him well in his real estate practice.

After graduating from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Frank operated a civil engineering business for several years before commencing his legal education. Frank has lectured extensively on real property issues in continuing legal education programs, and maintains his registration as a professional land surveyor in the State of Colorado.

Frank's practice in the transactional area has spanned the United States, and he has been involved in transactions in over 40 of the 50 states. His experience includes involvement in the acquisition, disposition and financing of virtually every property type, including office, retail, multi-family, industrial, assisted living centers and affordable housing. Frank and his group have structured and completed numerous multi-property and multi-state transactions.

Among his honors, Frank is especially proud of having been selected by his peers in 2003 as the "Best of the Bar" in real property law in a competition sponsored by the Denver Business Journal, and voted on by members of the Colorado bar.

Frank has an "AV" rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
