Bio

As a partner, shareholder and currently Of Counsel at Otten Johnson, Art's law practice has encompassed virtually every aspect of business law.  For over 20 years he was general counsel to one of the major bank holding companies in Colorado and has specialized in corporate, banking, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory, securities and insurance law and in advising boards of directors of public, privately held and charitable corporations.

In addition to several other memberships, Art served as the Chairman of the Lawyers Council of The Bankers Roundtable, a Washington, D.C.-based trade association which represents major banks and bank holding companies.  Prior to launching his distinguished legal career (but after receiving his J.D.), Art served for three years as an Air Intelligence Officer and Legal Officer in the U.S. Navy.
