    Bio

    Bill is one of the founding members of Otten Johnson, joining with his partners in 1985, and serving as the firm's managing director from 1985 to 1998.  In the course of his legal career, Bill has gained expertise in the areas of corporations, partnerships, securities, real property, corporate and partnership taxation and business mergers and acquisitions.

    He has lectured frequently at Colorado continuing legal education seminars on such topics as retirement plans, corporate tax, partnerships and real property sale-leaseback transactions.  Prior to receiving his law degree, Bill served in the Navy in Vietnam and also earned an MBA from the University of Washington.

    Bill has an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
